Priced for Affordability
Advantage! is priced based upon the MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) of the current system based on the VideoRay price list. It further reflects the warranty expiration of your VideoRay as the system ages. Advantage! is available to all VideoRay customers. If an established VideoRay customer would like to enroll in Advantage! after the first anniversary of his/her purchase, upgrades may be required at list prices to the most recent version before coverage can begin.

Damage and Loss Protection
VideoRay will repair or replace any part that is damaged or lost during normal use. There is no charge for parts, labor or shipping to and from VideoRay.Exclusions:
  • Intentional damage
  • Damage from unauthorized repair or service
  • Product alterations, unless approved by VideoRay in writing in advance
  • If VideoRay approves alterations, VideoRay will only be liable for factory components, and have no liability for alterations or added parts
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Any incident that is typically covered by another policy or provider
  • Theft, vandalism, fire, etc. – place claim with insurance carrier
  • Shipping damage – place claim with shipping company

Comprehensive Support and Maintenance Program
Keep your ROV missions moving with 24/7 phone support. Whatever your mission, when you’re out in the water—the last thing you need to worry about is whether your VideoRay is in top form. If you’re a member of the Advantage program, you will have the confidence of knowing the technical assistance is just a phone call away.

Priority Technical and Website Support
With Advantage! technical support available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week and it is just a phone call away. The VideoRay support is also available on the web site and is filled with tips and tricks. There is also “Video How To’s” which will be made available to all Advantage! members .

 Preventative Maintenance and Product Upgrades
With the Advantage program, there are two different types of Maintenance available for your VideoRay to stay in top condition:

Annual System Tune-Up – Will allow professional ROV mechanics to inspect your VideoRay system and make any adjustments or repairs as necessary. There is no charge for parts, labor or shipping to and from VideoRay.

“Anytime” System Tune-Up – Will also allow professional ROV mechanics to inspect your VideoRay system and make any adjustments or repairs as necessary. There is no charge for parts or labor, but the owner/user must pay for shipping to and from VideoRay.

Product upgrades entitle members of Advantage! to any upgrades in technology or software that become available for the same model or components that they own.

Comprehensive Coverage Wear & Tear Protection and Failure Damage
The Advantage! Program will repair or replace any consumable item.  Examples include thruster seals, domes, light bulbs, among others. The Failure Damage has the standard comprehensive one year warranty is extended for the Advantage! coverage period regardless of the age of your VideoRay equipment.

 Complete Operational Loss and The Loaner Program
If your submersible is lost or destroyed, VideoRay will make available a replacement component right away at 50% off MSRP. Previously you were limited to one ‘accident’ per year; the new program has no restrictions on how many times the core component/submersible is replaced. You may also request a loaner while your ROV is being repaired.  VideoRay maintains a pool of loaners, and systems are available on a first come first served basis.  All components may not be available at all times.

Training
At the beginning in the second quarter of 2007, Advantage! member will have online training available to those who need .

Priced to Affordability
15% of current Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price annually.
