Support
Our growing network worldwide of dealers provide
support, so feel free to consult the dealer from whom you originally purchased
your VideoRay. As well, our factory is available to answer questions, provide
advice, and perform repairs for any of our customers worldwide. We stand solidly
behind our one-year, bumper-to-bumper warranty. You can reach the VideoRay

Manual and Tool Kit
Other ways we support our customers is to carefully design and build a product
that needs a minimum of support. This means a design that is inherently stable
and easy to use, controls that are well laid out and intuitive, and features
that are integrated and capable of handling tasks that our customers will
require. A key part of proper design is a manual that is complete, clearly
written, and explains how to avoid problems as well as how to fix the most
common unavoidable problems. Equally important is a well-stocked tool kit
with spare parts. Both a manual and tool kit are shipped with each unit.
