VideoRay ROVs are ideal for inspection of a wide range of underwater infrastructure in up to 300 meters of depth from rigs to FPSOs. For example, multiple areas of interest on FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) vessels can be inspected by maintenance staff without any support from ships or downtime. VideoRay ROVs can save still and video documentation for reports or transmission to headquarters with the touch of a button on the operator’s console. VideoRays can be transported on a helicopter for rapid and simple deployment to each rig or platform. Each of these inspections can be completed in almost any sea state without compromising safety.
Since VideoRay ROV usage does not require tag-out, and can be done from almost any location on your platform, it is ideal for regular inspection of intakes – particularly those that are mandated by regulatory agencies.
