VideoRay ROV Sonar - Teledyne BlueView P900 Series Imaging Sonars

The Teledyne BlueView P900 Series sonars offer three field-of-view (FOV) options for high-performance, forward looking imaging sonar: 45°, 90°, and 130°. At 900 kHz, the P900 Series is ideal for underwater detection and identification operations. It is specifically designed to increase the search rates and effectiveness in low and/or zero visibility conditions with both mid-range detection and close-range identification capabilities from moving or stationary platforms.

An Integration Skid is required to operate any BlueView Imaging Sonar from the VideoRay Pro 3 GTO or Pro 4 ROV platform. This skid, which holds the sonar head and communication electronics, mounts to the ROV in seconds so it can be added quickly when needed or taken off when visibility is good. All Pro 4 configurations including an imaging sonar are delivered with an Integration Package containing the skid mount and all necessary cables and software.

The Teledyne BlueView P900 series sonar is not optimized for use on Pro 3 E, S, XE or lower VideoRay ROV.

Open Enrollment Certified VideoRay Training is available for Teledyne BlueView P900 sonars and is included with any VideoRay Pro 4 ROV configuration containing a P900 sonar system.
