VideoRay Remote Support Instructions

PRO 4 ROV SYSTEMS ONLY

The VideoRay Remote Support Tool enables VideoRay support staff to remotely connect to your computer and control it in order to help diagnose and correct computer relates issues. For remote support, your computer must be connected to the Internet, and you must contact VideoRay Support before a session can be initiated.

  1. Contact VideoRay Support via one of the following methods:

    Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Include a proposed time (including your time zone) for the session and await confirmation from VideoRay

  2. Download the remote support tool using this link:

    VideoRay Remote Support Tool (Supremo)

    If asked to allow the download, click "Yes" or "Save."

  3. Once the file has downloaded, run the program (supremo.exe).

    If asked to allow the program to run, click "Run," "Yes" or "OK."

  4. When the program starts, click the "Start" button on the "Allow Remote Connections" tab.
  5. Provide the "Your ID" number and "Password" to VideoRay.
  6. When prompted, you will need to allow VideoRay to access your computer by clicking on the "Allow" button.
  7. VideoRay Support will now be able to remotely control your computer...
